Processing Time / Shipping Time

Processing times is 7-10 business days from order date. This does not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is different from shipping time. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method but should normally be 3-5 days not including Sundays. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before it is marked shipped. Once an order has been marked shipped we are unable to guarantee cancellations. 

Returns

All sales and purchased are final, no returns will be accepted unless there is damage to a product with photos of the damage submitted. 

Chargeback & Fraud Policy

All orders placed with Cute Budget Creations are carefully documented throughout the entire fulfillment process. This includes order details, packaging, and shipping confirmation with tracking information.

By placing an order, you agree that all purchases are final. Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be investigated and challenged with the documented proof of your order, including delivery confirmation.

Refunds
